The Saisatnam brand and store are operated by SAISATNAM LIMITED, a company registered in New Zealand (Company No. 1116679, NZBN 9429037003937), with a registered office at Suite G2, 219 Willis Street, Te Aro, Wellington 6011, New Zealand.

We sell home yoga and meditation lifestyle accessories — mats, blocks, straps, cushions, diffusers, home fragrance items, sound bowls and similar goods, grouped into kits. These are everyday lifestyle and wellbeing products.

Our products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. Nothing on this site is medical, psychological or professional advice. If you have a health concern, please consult a qualified professional.

• All prices are shown and charged in USD (US dollars).
• Prices exclude any duties, import taxes or local charges at the destination, which are the customer's responsibility (see our Shipping & Delivery policy).
• An order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurs) and will refund any payment taken.
• We make reasonable efforts to display products and colours accurately, but slight variation can occur.

Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store full card details on our servers. Your statement will show the descriptor “SAISATNAM PRACTICE”.

Our Refund & Returns policy forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Fair Trading Act 1986, or any mandatory consumer-protection law that applies where you live.

Your use of the site is also subject to our Acceptable Use policy. Please use the products safely and as described in our Safety & Allergen information.

All content on this site — text, imagery, the Saisatnam name and logo, and the lotus and mandala motifs — is owned by or licensed to SAISATNAM LIMITED and may not be copied or used without permission.

To the extent permitted by law, and without limiting your mandatory consumer rights, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. We do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order.

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Where you buy as a consumer, you may also have the benefit of mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.
