Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to feel settled with your purchase. Here is how returns work — and the consumer rights that always apply on top of this policy.
1. Change of mind — 14 days
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unopened, unused and in their original packaging. To start a return, email support@saisatnamgroup.com with your order number. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility, and we recommend a tracked service.
2. Items we cannot accept for change-of-mind returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are not eligible for change-of-mind returns once used or opened:
- Yoga mats, meditation cushions, kneeling pads, stretch straps and other items that come into direct contact with the skin, once used.
- Essential oils, home fragrance oils, candles, sachets and any aromatherapy product, once the seal is opened.
- Printed or downloadable guides, once accessed.
This does not affect your rights for faulty, damaged or incorrect items (section 3).
3. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, or any mandatory consumer-protection law in your country. If an item arrives faulty, damaged, not as described, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo where possible, and we will arrange a replacement, repair or refund at no cost to you, including return shipping where applicable.
4. Refunds
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns, but are refunded for faulty or incorrect items.
5. Order changes & cancellations
As we aim to dispatch quickly, you can change or cancel an order only before it has been dispatched. Email us as soon as possible at support@saisatnamgroup.com and we will help where we can.
