We ship worldwide from New Zealand. Here's what to expect on processing times, costs, and customs.
1. Processing time
Orders are usually prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation, and tracking where available, once your order ships.
2. Delivery estimates
- New Zealand & Australia: approximately 3–8 business days.
- North America, UK & Europe: approximately 7–16 business days.
- Rest of the world: approximately 10–24 business days.
These are estimates, not guarantees, and can vary with carrier and customs processing.
3. Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. All charges are shown in USD before you pay.
4. Duties, taxes & customs
Prices and shipping exclude any import duties, taxes or customs charges in the destination country. Where they apply, these are set by the destination's authorities and are the customer's responsibility, payable on or after delivery. Goods exported from New Zealand are generally zero-rated for New Zealand GST.
5. Fragile items
Glass diffuser bottles, oils and metal sound bowls are packed with protective materials suited to their fragility. If anything arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days — see our Refund & Returns policy.
6. Address accuracy & lost parcels
- Please check your shipping address carefully; we cannot be responsible for delays from an incorrect address.
- If a parcel appears lost in transit, contact us at support@saisatnamgroup.com and we'll help trace it.
